Swedtrain's operations are primarily governed by our statutes. We also have a code of conduct and a personal data policy.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Statutes<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Amendments to these statutes require a resolution at two consecutive annual meetings at least three months apart. The statutes were last amended on November 8, 2022.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Code of Conduct<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Swedtrain has its office at the Swedish Association of Technology Companies. All activities within the association must be carried out in accordance with the code of conduct shared with all organizations within the Swedish Association of Technology Companies. The code of conduct is intended to ensure good order in the association's operations and compliance with competition legislation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
