{"id":2970598,"date":"2024-08-30T08:34:00","date_gmt":"2024-08-30T08:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.swedtrain.org\/?p=2970598"},"modified":"2025-06-30T08:36:48","modified_gmt":"2025-06-30T08:36:48","slug":"manga-dagar-kande-vi-oss-bortskamda","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.swedtrain.org\/en\/manga-dagar-kande-vi-oss-bortskamda\/","title":{"rendered":"\u201dM\u00e5nga dagar k\u00e4nde vi oss bortsk\u00e4mda\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Den 29 augusti samlades interns och deltagande f\u00f6retag hos Sweco f\u00f6r att gemensamt avsluta Swedtrain Internship Program med presentationer och mingel.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Under sommaren har Isak Jarbo, Jonatan Grahn, Liza Marshah, Erik Eliasson, Isac W\u00e4nlund och Sara Hallesius haft fullsp\u00e4ckade veckor p\u00e5 v\u00e5ra medlemsf\u00f6retag Alstom, Sweco, Systra, Vossloh, Wabtec Faiveley Nordic och WSP. De har bland annat f\u00e5tt l\u00e4ra sig om framtidens v\u00e4tgas- och batterit\u00e5g, \u00f6kat sin kunskap kring optimering av godstrafik samt planerat en ny lokal f\u00f6r pantografunderh\u00e5ll tillsammans med ingenj\u00f6rer och tekniker.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ut\u00f6ver sj\u00e4lva praktiken har studenterna \u00e4ven analyserat j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsbranschen nul\u00e4ge och vad som kan g\u00f6ras f\u00f6r att locka fler unga till att vilja arbeta inom den. N\u00e5gra av insikterna \u00e4r:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Branschen \u00e4r komplex! M\u00e5nga akt\u00f6rer inblandade, bidrar till att branschen upplevs intressant och bred<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stor bransch med n\u00e4ra band mellan f\u00f6retagen\/personer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Finns jobb f\u00f6r alla, \u00e4ven de som inte \u00e4r tekniker eller ingenj\u00f6rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>P\u00e5g\u00e5r stora f\u00f6r\u00e4ndringar som t.ex. digitalisering \u2013 finns utvecklingsm\u00f6jligheter<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad branschen kan bli b\u00e4ttre p\u00e5:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Visa upp branschen p\u00e5 jobbm\u00e4ssor samt anv\u00e4nda studentambassad\u00f6rer<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa konkreta projekt och arbetsroller, visa hur det man l\u00e4r sig p\u00e5 skolan kan \u00f6vers\u00e4ttas till arbetslivet<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Visa upp den goda f\u00f6retagskulturen som finns. \u201dM\u00e5nga dagar k\u00e4nde vi oss bortsk\u00e4mda\u201d, ber\u00e4ttar Jonatan Grahn.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>S\u00e4lj in samh\u00e4llsv\u00e4rdet och h\u00e5llbarhetsaspekten<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vad f\u00f6retagen uppskattade hos studenterna och praktikperioden:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>\u201dProgrammet ger en riktig energiinjektion, som f\u00f6retag f\u00e5r vi s\u00e5 mycket tillbaka!\u201d Eva Gustafsson, Systra Sverige.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Energin, studenterna ger mycket tillbaka<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nya tankar om utvecklingen<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Swedtrainmodellen \u2013 att vi som f\u00f6retag, \u00e4ven konkurrenter, g\u00e5r ihop f\u00f6r att st\u00e4rka upp branschens kompetensbehov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><em>\u201dAtt s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga f\u00f6retag, flera av oss konkurrenter, g\u00e5r ihop f\u00f6r att g\u00f6ra n\u00e5got som \u00e4r bra f\u00f6r hela branschen \u00e4r helt unikt\u201d, Stefan Persson, WSP Sverige.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Dagen avslutades med mingel.
