Swedtrain vill s\u00e4rskilt lyfta fram f\u00f6ljande punkter:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>\u00c5terta underh\u00e5llsskuld till m\u00e5l\u00e5r 2050 kr\u00e4ver resurser<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att Trafikverket f\u00f6r f\u00f6rsta g\u00e5ngen anger ett m\u00e5l\u00e5r \u2013 2050 \u2013 f\u00f6r n\u00e4r hela underh\u00e5llsskulden p\u00e5 j\u00e4rnv\u00e4g ska vara \u00e5tertagen \u00e4r ett positivt besked. Det \u00e4r en klar f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttring j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med de 10\u201315 % som aviserades i infrastrukturpropositionen fram till 2037, samtidigt som det finns fr\u00e5getecken kring hur m\u00e5let ska uppn\u00e5s n\u00e4r finansieringsramen i stort sett f\u00f6rblir densamma. F\u00f6r att denna m\u00e5ls\u00e4ttning ska bli verklighet kr\u00e4vs \u00f6kade resurser och nya arbetss\u00e4tt i n\u00e4ra samverkan med branschen.<strong>&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>F\u00f6rst\u00e4rkt kompetens n\u00f6dv\u00e4ndig n\u00e4r ERTMS prioriteras<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Swedtrain v\u00e4lkomnar att inf\u00f6randet av ERTMS prioriteras och att ett finansieringsst\u00f6d till ombordsystem anges. Systemet \u00e4r inte bara avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gens fortsatta funktion, utan \u00e4ven f\u00f6r att m\u00f6jligg\u00f6ra digitalisering och effektivisering av hela systemet. Att inf\u00f6ra ERTMS p\u00e5 huvudstr\u00e4ckorna f\u00f6rst och beh\u00e5ller ATC i \u00f6vriga delar \u00e4r klokt, men vi vill po\u00e4ngtera vikten av utrullningen p\u00e5 sammanh\u00e5llna str\u00e4ckor f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 ut full effekt. Dessutom beh\u00f6vs fler insatser f\u00f6r utbildning och rekrytering av t\u00e5gtekniker f\u00f6r att kunna s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla kompetensf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjning i samband med installationen av ombordutrustningen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\"><strong>Samh\u00e4llsnytta i fokus \u2013 men milj\u00f6nyttan f\u00f6rbises<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Planens ledord \u00e4r samh\u00e4llsnytta, vilket Swedtrain st\u00e4ller sig bakom. Samtidigt \u00e4r det oroande att milj\u00f6konsekvensanalysen bed\u00f6mer att planen endast bidrar marginellt till klimatm\u00e5len. Detta trots j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gens stora potential f\u00f6r energieffektivisering och l\u00e5ga utsl\u00e4pp av CO\u2082 och partiklar. H\u00e4r beh\u00f6vs en tydligare koppling mellan samh\u00e4llsnytta och klimatnytta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2013 Swedtrains medlemsf\u00f6retag erbjuder innovativa l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r underh\u00e5ll, modernisering och utbyggnad av j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsanl\u00e4ggningen.
