Han j\u00e4mf\u00f6rde F\u00f6rsvarets och Trafikverkets utmaningar med stora, tungrodda organisationer men betonade att j\u00e4rnv\u00e4gsbranschen har en f\u00f6rdel \u2013 den kan vara mer \u00f6ppen med sina problem. Behovet av att frig\u00f6ra innovationskraften i leverant\u00f6rsledet, modernisera regelverk och l\u00f6sa kompetensbristen lyftes fram. Panelen med Bjarni Skipper (SJ), Johan Wadman (Svensk Kollektivtrafik), Olov Lindfeldt (Green Cargo), Staffan Sporre (Trafikverket) och Jimmy Hagstr\u00f6m (Strukton Rail) konstaterade att kapacitet inte bara handlar om t\u00e5gl\u00e4gen, utan \u00e4ven om effektiv planering och st\u00f6rre t\u00e5gs\u00e4tt.
